Fressko Glass 300ml review: the desk glass with a lid

Sam Ojo · PhD, Materials Science. Contributor since 2024. · Published July 27, 2026

Quick answer

The Fressko Glass 300ml is a beautifully simple thing: a borosilicate glass, a silicone sleeve, a twist lid. It is not sold as a travel cup and it is better for that. It is the water glass, tea glass and afternoon-coffee glass that lives on our desks.

Why we ended up loving it

  • It is silent. No plastic clunk on a wooden desk.
  • The lid keeps dust and cat hair out between sips, which is the actual desk problem no one talks about.
  • It looks nice, which sounds trivial until you have a reusable that you actively want to leave out.

Not for

  • Backpack transit (twist lid is splash-resistant, not truly leakproof).
  • Boiling liquids straight from a kettle. Let them sit 30 seconds first.

Verdict

9.0/10 for its actual job. Buy one, put it on your desk, thank us later.
